The world Comeback towards traditional apporoaches with nature

No one can defeat nature.The research and development in science and technology changed the scenario of life in the society.Today our life became more sophisticated.The different geographical areas of the world are not developed with regard to science and technologies.The world's most developed and developing countries cause problems in spite of technological development.This is because of ignorance of traditional approach which is helpful in solving the problems.It is accepted that  most of the traditional approaches are time consuming but effective longer period of time.But human beings want to get fast approach to solve the problems. Here, our passions were lost.The one of the truth is that everyone wants  "think fast and do fast"(TFDF). But the limitations in applied fields made us comeback towards traditional approaches. The traditional approaches are developed by our ancestors. In the bulky form it is domestic practices which are slow but effective and Eco-friendly. The natural surroundings or environment  and human created environment differ by several factors. Everyone can feel it. For example in the summer, to avoid high temperature people choose different methods to cool their environment, change in foods, use coolers, pure water, cold drinks , AC chamber setup in the room and so on. But this does not always give satisfactory results and these approaches have some limitations.The utilization of  more artificial things can weaken the human beings and individual may not fit in  nature. Here artificial is nothing but it is a copy of natural systems. Natural climate, resources and vegetation are enough for survival of life. The whole tribal life is based purely on nature. They do not use refrigerators as we do. Due to population explosion and scarcity in natural resources we are guided towards the nature.There are some limitations with human developed technologies. These limitations can be governed by population elevation where human technology may tends to stop or fail and nature control us dominantly. Favorable conditions provided by nature are more comfortable which make better chance of survival than human or man-made technologies.

Major reasons behind comeback towards nature:
Earth is dominant by human race through most developed brains which  helps in development of scientific tools and techniques. In 21th century human beings became multi-tasking people. Due to the multi-tasking, there behavior and nature now changed by many factors but major factors are - 


                          a.Genetic factors
                          b.Environmental factors
                          c.Nature of food and
                          d.Life styles

All of the above factors affects physical, social, mental or psychological and socio-economic conditions.These factors also affects thinking configuration with respect to the nature and greatly enhance the utilization of natural resources. But mining of natural resources through various tools and techniques which are man-made have limitations. Nature gives all things with natural laws. However, traditional approaches which are useful in our life gives more solutions of problems. The developed traditional approaches for food like millet usually used by poor people but after scientific investigation this is very important for health and now used by rich people. Gradually, we are comeback towards traditional approaches along with nature. Not only this, there are so many fields of life in which traditional approaches have been proved beneficial. In the case of medical treatment, domestic methods have been successful rather than advanced techniques. In future, we (human beings) will accept and apply traditional approaches as in time of critical situation after limitations of scientific tools and techniques.

Nature:The ocean of mysteries

No one can define nature properly because nature is the world of mysteries and on the basis of our understanding and mind efforts these mysteries get translated into exceptions and exceptions are the greatest barriers in definition of nature.But there is not any rule in the nature for exceptions itself but for us.Unlocking the mysteries of nature is the product of micro-analysis of things around us.That may be bulky or non-observable and that we can feel sometimes.Till date, human civilization is the most intelligent civilization in the universe; exploitation of mind by human beings for better life carried out by various pathways.The human mind is small but its thinking scale is unpredictable as well as non-measurable.Tiny minds of human beings can translate the small ideas into high projection work-frames at global level.The all natural activities in environment tend to achieve equilibrium such as falling of leaves, running water current ,velocity of wind , temperature differences between two systems, etc.If an individual tries to understand the mechanism of activities of nature and they become successful after often trying. It means they have fetched the clues from nature.The creation of thoughts naturally by facing the small to large spectrum elements or constituents of the nature.Our need is the input function, thinking is the process and solution of the problems is the output.
Here nature gives the platform as well as process box of solutions. A lot of ideas can fetch the solutions of problems.Here, human idea is a key to unlock the door of mysterious world and amenable to solve the problems.There are many strategies that unlock the nature's mysteries.The discovery of number (9) or  invention of  numbers (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,) are most useful in our life.Not only this, it helps in research and development in science, technology,engineering and mathematics (STEM). Prediction or forecasting of events by  probability and game theory can fetch the qualitative data from nature and further transforms into quantitative form. These quantitative forms can unwind the nature's secret.On the basis of our observation in the nature we can synchronize similar orientations and can arrange into analogical form. Fibonacci series is the best example that explains around natural arrangement of things.The orientations of flowers, fruits, DNA , even supernova and so on are arranged into a particular fashion. It may be the nature's secret of stability.
To attain the stability, processes made them (nature) dynamics. It means nature is not static.The all mathematical modelling helps in to understand the natural phenomena.Mathematical modelling is the great way to explain the mysteries or secret of nature.Human beings can explain objectives into two forms:-

                                                 1. bulky form(by external vision)
                                                 2. micro form (by integration of various tools and techniques)

All of the human efforts to explain the secret of the nature are not always true.
Errors and exceptions are not cause by the nature but by human beings' analysis.The variables are set by us in the functions of nature.The ways of selection methods can cause errors and these errors sometimes are inappropriate and ultimately get categorized into isolated forms as exceptions.Ultimately, all developed techniques , tools and mathematical modellings developed by humans have always limitations, errors and exceptions ;it is due to the some mysteries of the nature.Imaginations are neither far nor near but amenable to explain nature nearly.Nature maintains some secrets but our IQ and imaginations try to unlock them.

River's sorrow


I was a brooding rivers
In the tune of life
Occasionally boasts
Used to be playful
Like my eyelash water
Everyone's thirsty quenching.
In the chest of the chest
Visible in the day
Looking at thousands of years
Civilizations were created and destroyed
All of my shores
I am an integral part of nature
Nature's makeup
Man became a demon my kill
The humans fought and fought.
Did fractured me into pieces
Privilege for monopoly
But do not say anything, no,
River  is full, eyes become moist,
Hope was sitting, everything would be fine.
Hello what this?
To the destroyed forest park
Whom I had screwed up.
Do not mind those people
Pulled waste and plastic in my chest
Now do not save anything
My water my identity
Turned me out.
Now I am an old river and a mother
My work is not retribution,
My water my life
Drought and desert will become
Grows bush and thorns full

Sound of nature


I am nature. I'm energetic .All organisms are contained in me. I feed everyone. There is no existence of life on earth without me. That is, my existence is the existence of living beings. I sit everywhere It is not easy to understand my secrets, as I look easier than open eyes. I am omnipotent All the natural resources are contained in me. Man-made resources without me also do not exist. As you try to know me, I will go and become more complicated. I am the only language, I am the math and I am the science. I am everything. My created equation affects every organism. I bring life into existence and I can erase the existence. I am unbearable I'm universal winner. We can not bear the change in our equation .I will have more effect on the collective population which will intervene more in nature. I can bring great devastation to the equation equation. This has happened before. Many events have diminished in the world. I also bring natural disasters like earthquake, flood, tsunami, hurricane, drying, avalanche, so that I can keep the environment in balance.
I give my message with the first signals and ultimately converge the undesirable events to the interim. There have been only few such scholars on this earth, who have made an untiring effort to understand nature. I have written with the help of many authors, poets, novelists, essayists.
Let's go to nature: -

  1. Nature is vast in itself.
  2. All organisms have originated from nature and will be found only in nature.
  3. Regular and definite events occurring in nature follow the mathematical rule.
  4. To balance the disorder in nature, nature can change its appearance.
  5. The animals which interfere in nature have more effect / effect on them.
  6. Sudden changes in nature can end life's existence.
  7. The nature also becomes unbalanced when the diet becomes unbalanced. The time to take control is uncertain.
  8. Nature gives us lots of options to solve problems. Some options are mere signs.
  9. Nature is energetic, in which many energy-cycle moves together.
  10. Nature can also bring disaster to achieve equality.

Microbial degradation of plastics based on plastic as carbon source for microbes


 Introduction - Plastics are light weighted, durable, corrosion resistant materials, mostly non-biodegradable , strong, and inexpensive. Scientists have reported many adverse effects of the plastic in the environment and human health. The  non- degradability  nature of plastics that increases the life of plastics. Due to this plastic pollution become as  global serious  problem. There are many approach to degrade plastics but microbial degradation is one of them. There is growing concern for use of efficient microorganisms meant for biodegradation of non-degradable synthetic polymer. Scientists  have  reported that many species of bacteria and fungi are able to degrade plastic. In this research project  microbial source  sample soil have taken from many  locations. It is probably possible to plastic degrading microbes may be present in soil sample. Microbes responsible for breakdown of plastic may possible to bacteria used plastic as carbon source. This idea helps in conversion of plastic polymers(complex organic compounds) to simpler beneficial and non-pollutant,eco-friendly  by-products  in commercial manner via microbes.

Rational approach- 
In this research project target microbes are major players. Based on various methods of degrading the plastic or polymers microbial degradation is one of them. Methods other than microbial degradation are unsuitable at health risk. The longevity of plastic in the environment not to be easily degraded . Evident  from scientific research microbes can degrade plastic. Not all microbes but some of them have capability to degrade it. In the context of  biodegradation  targeted microbes as eco-friendly. The microbial world provides  broad spectrum diversity  of microbes  that increases the probability  of plastic degrading microbes. Results show that Biodegradation depends upon polymer characteristics(chemicals bond and functional groups), organism type and nature of pre-treatment .  The selection of targeted microbes from nature using techniques and tools to be easy. The microbes present in the nature as randomly.  To pick up sample that contains many microbial species , plating on nutrient media, colony selection based on specific criteria , pure culture and testing of degradation of plastic which used as specific carbon source. All the procedures are easy to handle with skills and knowledge. To understand the microbial world phenomena and beneficial approach helps in identification and characterization of particular microbes and using for different purposes.

Objectives –
The goal or objectives of this research project is  to reduce or minimize the plastic pollution at global level along with to achieve  commercial by-products in which plastic used as substrate for microbes. The objectives of our research based on targeted microbes . To find the targeted microbes in  the nature or environment is the key and crucial steps. The multifarious applications of plastic  polymers play a major role in  real world phenomena. The peoples of the world using plastics everyday and their  industrial production rate in high as compared to degradation.

Technical program- The technical program of our research project is categorised into five major steps. These are –
a)    Sample collection
b)    Preparation of BMS media for screening of Bacillus species of bacteria
c)    Serial dilution of sample
d)    Plating and loading of inoculums into BMS media
e)    Screening of colony
f)     Selection of colony of Bacillus
g)    Culture  of Bacillus in Bushnell Haas Agar and Broth media with different types of plastics
h)   Observation and Result 


·         Composition of media
       There are three different types of media used in this project-
A.   BMS media
B.   Bushnell Haas Agar media
C.   Bushnell Haas broth media

Business plan-
Microbial based degradation of waste plastics are amenable to start up the industries from small scale to large  scale. The economics of plastic industries based on waste plastics may  helps in monetizing at commercial level. The  targeted microbes  that decompose  waste plastic(different or particular type) may able to converts it  into beneficial by-products. The beneficial byproducts may be bioethanol. Alteration in metabolic pathway of targeted microbes that increases bioethanol production using recombinant DNA technology is very beneficial for production of large amount of bioethanol and other byproducts at commercial manner. The distinct bioreactor for bioproducts production in which plastics used as raw material  or substrate or specialized carbon source for microbes. There are various applications of bioethanol  as  eco-friendly for fuels for vechiles. The waste plastic based industries making the decision of business planning in the future.

Conclusions :
The microbial based degradation of waste plastic and production of byproducts at commercial level is possible. But it is possible due to applying the considerable tools and techniques.Nature provides all solutions of problems and it is tough job that to identify the right location and direction of research and selection of best assumptions.
