Sound of nature


I am nature. I'm energetic .All organisms are contained in me. I feed everyone. There is no existence of life on earth without me. That is, my existence is the existence of living beings. I sit everywhere It is not easy to understand my secrets, as I look easier than open eyes. I am omnipotent All the natural resources are contained in me. Man-made resources without me also do not exist. As you try to know me, I will go and become more complicated. I am the only language, I am the math and I am the science. I am everything. My created equation affects every organism. I bring life into existence and I can erase the existence. I am unbearable I'm universal winner. We can not bear the change in our equation .I will have more effect on the collective population which will intervene more in nature. I can bring great devastation to the equation equation. This has happened before. Many events have diminished in the world. I also bring natural disasters like earthquake, flood, tsunami, hurricane, drying, avalanche, so that I can keep the environment in balance.
I give my message with the first signals and ultimately converge the undesirable events to the interim. There have been only few such scholars on this earth, who have made an untiring effort to understand nature. I have written with the help of many authors, poets, novelists, essayists.
Let's go to nature: -

  1. Nature is vast in itself.
  2. All organisms have originated from nature and will be found only in nature.
  3. Regular and definite events occurring in nature follow the mathematical rule.
  4. To balance the disorder in nature, nature can change its appearance.
  5. The animals which interfere in nature have more effect / effect on them.
  6. Sudden changes in nature can end life's existence.
  7. The nature also becomes unbalanced when the diet becomes unbalanced. The time to take control is uncertain.
  8. Nature gives us lots of options to solve problems. Some options are mere signs.
  9. Nature is energetic, in which many energy-cycle moves together.
  10. Nature can also bring disaster to achieve equality.

Microbial degradation of plastics based on plastic as carbon source for microbes


 Introduction - Plastics are light weighted, durable, corrosion resistant materials, mostly non-biodegradable , strong, and inexpensive. Scientists have reported many adverse effects of the plastic in the environment and human health. The  non- degradability  nature of plastics that increases the life of plastics. Due to this plastic pollution become as  global serious  problem. There are many approach to degrade plastics but microbial degradation is one of them. There is growing concern for use of efficient microorganisms meant for biodegradation of non-degradable synthetic polymer. Scientists  have  reported that many species of bacteria and fungi are able to degrade plastic. In this research project  microbial source  sample soil have taken from many  locations. It is probably possible to plastic degrading microbes may be present in soil sample. Microbes responsible for breakdown of plastic may possible to bacteria used plastic as carbon source. This idea helps in conversion of plastic polymers(complex organic compounds) to simpler beneficial and non-pollutant,eco-friendly  by-products  in commercial manner via microbes.

Rational approach- 
In this research project target microbes are major players. Based on various methods of degrading the plastic or polymers microbial degradation is one of them. Methods other than microbial degradation are unsuitable at health risk. The longevity of plastic in the environment not to be easily degraded . Evident  from scientific research microbes can degrade plastic. Not all microbes but some of them have capability to degrade it. In the context of  biodegradation  targeted microbes as eco-friendly. The microbial world provides  broad spectrum diversity  of microbes  that increases the probability  of plastic degrading microbes. Results show that Biodegradation depends upon polymer characteristics(chemicals bond and functional groups), organism type and nature of pre-treatment .  The selection of targeted microbes from nature using techniques and tools to be easy. The microbes present in the nature as randomly.  To pick up sample that contains many microbial species , plating on nutrient media, colony selection based on specific criteria , pure culture and testing of degradation of plastic which used as specific carbon source. All the procedures are easy to handle with skills and knowledge. To understand the microbial world phenomena and beneficial approach helps in identification and characterization of particular microbes and using for different purposes.

Objectives –
The goal or objectives of this research project is  to reduce or minimize the plastic pollution at global level along with to achieve  commercial by-products in which plastic used as substrate for microbes. The objectives of our research based on targeted microbes . To find the targeted microbes in  the nature or environment is the key and crucial steps. The multifarious applications of plastic  polymers play a major role in  real world phenomena. The peoples of the world using plastics everyday and their  industrial production rate in high as compared to degradation.

Technical program- The technical program of our research project is categorised into five major steps. These are –
a)    Sample collection
b)    Preparation of BMS media for screening of Bacillus species of bacteria
c)    Serial dilution of sample
d)    Plating and loading of inoculums into BMS media
e)    Screening of colony
f)     Selection of colony of Bacillus
g)    Culture  of Bacillus in Bushnell Haas Agar and Broth media with different types of plastics
h)   Observation and Result

       There are three different types of media used in this project-
A.   BMS media
B.   Bushnell Haas Agar media
C.   Bushnell Haas broth media

Business plan-
Microbial based degradation of waste plastics are amenable to start up the industries from small scale to large  scale. The economics of plastic industries based on waste plastics may  helps in monetizing at commercial level. The  targeted microbes  that decompose  waste plastic(different or particular type) may able to converts it  into beneficial by-products. The beneficial byproducts may be bioethanol. Alteration in metabolic pathway of targeted microbes that increases bioethanol production using recombinant DNA technology is very beneficial for production of large amount of bioethanol and other byproducts at commercial manner. The distinct bioreactor for bioproducts production in which plastics used as raw material  or substrate or specialized carbon source for microbes. There are various applications of bioethanol  as  eco-friendly for fuels for vechiles. The waste plastic based industries making the decision of business planning in the future.

Conclusions :
The microbial based degradation of waste plastic and production of byproducts at commercial level is possible. But it is possible due to applying the considerable tools and techniques.Nature provides all solutions of problems and it is tough job that to identify the right location and direction of research and selection of best assumptions.

God created  the  whole world ,

God is  everywhere  and in every particles.
It generate feelings , presence within the body.
Body , which is living temple and is the god’s home.
Time and space not affects the god.
But god affects both the time and space.
Time is nothing without numerical value.
God not created the numerical value,
Space is nothing without time.
Time depend on space , but god doesn’t depend on time.
God composed of  super energy which forms the space,
God who created the whole universe.
God is nothing without energy .
I ask a question that which types of super energy presence in god?

Bio-molecules: Players of molecular life


               
An overview
Life is an  organized forms of various bio-molecules.  Chemically life is set of bio-molecules. Scientifically life is understand very well at molecular level . All  of the creatures present on the earth from unicellular to multi-cellular undergoes biochemical reactions. These biochemical reactions also referred to as metabolic process ,play a key important role in life. Life present in single cell to multi- cellular bio-molecules such as proteins , carbohydrates , nucleic acids , lipids and polypeptides are structurally and functionally interconnected to each other . Integration of these bio-molecules performing different biologically functions. All of the Bio-molecules within alive cell functionally dependent and regulated to each other. Most of the biological events occurs due to the periodically activation and suppression of bio-molecules . In a single cell about thousands of metabolic process occurs to stabilize the life. In any individual cell all metabolic reactions are controlled at molecular level.   In the cell, bio-molecule performs two key important roles such as functional role and structural role. Various biological events such as cell division, bio-signaling , gene expression, respiration, photosynthesis , cell defence mechanism ,biosynthesis (synthesis of new bio-molecule from previous bio-molecule)  and  programme cell death occurs due to the integration of the various bio-molecules.
With the help of the central dogma of molecular biology easy to understand molecular logic of life. By the transcription process RNA transcribed from DNA and mRNA  translated into polypeptides (proteins /enzymes) . That is ATP consuming biological events in  all ordinary cell. All of the biochemical reactions in central dogma are in step by step or in sequences. Cell have to capacity recognition of errors during central dogma process. In multi-cellular organisms integration of bio-molecule is in complex fashion.  Usually  the cellular functions concerned with gene expression and gene regulation. Most of the cellular function ,protein play a key regulatory role.  Protein  associated with sugar , lipids or nucleic acids(DNA & RNA )  that concerned with specific function.
Our cell  works like as a biological clock . All of the cellular pathways, cycles  or biological events in an organism at particular time /definite time. Changes in organism in environment controlled by biochemical reaction .  Many of the external factors affects our  body environment and leads to disequilibrium but our body recognize the signal and  regulate the body environment by various  biochemical reactions. 
Life is  nothing  without biochemical reaction. Most of the  bio-molecules in unicellular to multi-cellular  organisms always in dynamic condition . Some of the in active condition and some of the in inactive condition. Various of the bio-molecules are regulated either by directly or reciprocally.
Conclusion All of the above explained facts about bio-molecules. Life is the set of different kinds of bio-molecules and biochemical reactions among them . Existence of life without bio-molecule  is not possible.

Nature's Time: Yesterday and Today


Real analysis about the nature
Yesterday's time: -
The morning is Bella. The birds went awake, maybe to sing. Cool-cold air is running. Sun is rising on the earth with rays of rays. This earth is getting brighter. Trees are flowing in the air. The normal life-cycle of organisms is in progress. Whether they are flying, whether they are running, crawlers or floaters, these creatures are looking very happy in themselves. Not only this, there is some other aspect of nature. The rivers are flowing around. Fishes are floating in free water. Some children are swimming in groups. Waterfalls are filling water. If the fields are irrigated from the drains, then the crops are spreading. In spring, floral is flavoring nature with its fragrance. They are lukewarm. New leaves are coming out from the trees. Sweet words have come in nature with sweet words of cuckoo. After one and the other seasons, they come and go on time. There is no conflict anywhere. All are living a peaceful life. There is a harmonious and harmonious atmosphere everywhere. Aha! This panoramic view of nature is so beautiful. This natural scene has caught my name. So we want that this view of nature always remains.
Today's Time: -
But due to human beings, the condition and direction of nature changed. There has been a great development of material science in this age of science. The usefulness of material goods changed man's mental state. Due to the excessive longings, wishes of human beings, there has been a rift in nature. The resources provided by nature are essential for the survival of all the organisms as-air, water, land, forest. A slight change in its natural quality can result in sudden change. Because we know that nature's natural quality is its main feature. We have literally reached the age of science. Changes are visible and change-only. The facility is getting quite in the machine age. There is a lot of material things in full swing. These things are basically artificial. So these features are not natural. Due to the pressure of the increasing population, the panoramic views of nature are disappearing. Nature's tremendous shock has been caused by the heavy activities of humans. Changes from earth to space have been seen. The weather has got its mood swings. It's hard to say when the weather turns out to be uneven. The untimely season-change has made a matter of concern. The seasonal changes cycle has been unsettled. The timing of various seasons like summer, cold, rain, spring etc has changed. According to the calendar, changes have also been noticed in the intervals of the season. Cool time falls before the time. In summer, the sun enters creatures and animals in the heat. Trees begin to dry. While chills in the cold. Due to season cycle change, there has been a change in the crop interval cycle. As a result, the crop growth has affected. Assuming that Nature has turned its face and has embodied the form. This means that nature has made us rude. We have to admit them. We have to please them. Protecting nature will protect us. Every organism of nature is our friend. Such a feeling should be kept. Always have to be in their contact. We know that the nature is all-round and all-round. It is full of complete resources. But modern humans are challenging nature in every way. We are trying to suppress them with their own resources. The well-equipped people use air-conditioners, freeze, fan, cooler etc. to create an artificial atmosphere. These artificial environments are different from the natural environment. That is, the two are not the same. For example, we arrange rooms or cars from different devices. Understand the room / car here as a small body and nature as a large body. As soon as we go from the small body to the big body ie from the air-borne regions to the natural body, the body changes suddenly.
This causes sudden changes in our body. Therefore, we must remain in nature (open body). The whole nature is connected to the ecosystem. A slight disturbance takes a fickle look. The ecosystem has been unsettled for many reasons. Now there is a great change. Global warming, green house effect, acid rain, avalanche, landslide, cyclone etc. are happening in the world. This has caused significant damage to forests and wildlife. Many species of organisms have also disappeared. The trees which were green at the time, the birds made nests, now it looks like a desert and has dried up. The doors and thick trees around it are now cutting down. The rate of harvesting is more than plantation. As a result, the percentage of forests has decreased. Whatever land is lying today, the houses are being built and the factories are being opened or converted into agricultural land. The process has become faster now. At present, many environmental organizations are working. But in different ways If the majority of the population is for this work, then we can save nature from falling ditch.

Homorobo sapiens: An advanced semi-artificial Human beings of Future.

 Homorobo sapiens is the futuristic generation of human beings which are not fully natural human race. But these are probably combination of both artificial intelligence(computer based) and some basic parts are human bodes(Homo sapiens). In the future, they will be super human and work with high consistency and accuracy.The raising technology and research and development  Human beings are most intelligence creature of the earth and dominant to all organisms. High IQ and more desire made them more intelligence and greedy. To date ,Milky way is only galaxy that have earth with intelligent human civilization.Human beings want to longer life but our life about 65-70 years for death. After some period of the life, some parts of the body is not work with optimal level and so many changes in our physiology and metabolic changes that ultimately changes our external appearance. Certain age of the life of human beings, some structural portion of the body can be replace by artificial automated kidney, lung , heart , brain , bones and so on. The work function of the artificial organs and bones will true to type as original or native organs.Probably this will help in longevity of the life.Computer is self artificial intelligence and it is possible to high level language and algorithm can  transformed the biological signal into machine level language as using the ultra bio-sensor.Ultra bio-sensor as probe which can fit into the tissues or single cell that can give the metabolic roadmap or  network  and metabolic pattern.Biochemical events being either in the intercellular environment or the intracellular environment ultra biosensor can give the abnormalities of the metabolic function.The process will  normal in Homorobo sapiens as Homo sapiens. Homorobo sapiens may have two armed one is robotic arm and another is human arm. The Homorobo sapiens will not born because they will made in hi-tech   lab.The artificial brain will control whole body of Homorobo sapiens and work as normal biological brain. The individual of Homorobo sapiens will made by co-integrated contribution of the computer scientists, biomedical scientists, biotechnologist , physiochemist , biochemist and biophysicist and mathematician.

Pollution World vs. Science World



What is the name of this world - world of science or pollution? It may seem strange to you by reading this but the truth is that the science world has made life easier and easier. It has been the attempt of humankind to do more work in less time, set long distances. All this is possible, due to science, which is the result of our need and imagination power. The 18th - 20th century has been the age of great inventions. Today the world of science is touching the heights and has reached its climax. From today no newspapers such as pollution were used in the 1950-1960 paper. People were unfamiliar with these words But nowadays newspapers have filled newspapers with titles such as killing of environment, industrial maladministration, deforestation,  pandemic, cholera panic, dengue problems. More recently, earthquake shocks have been read due to nuclear tests. The root cause of all these is pollution. The scientist agrees. This pollution is another by-product of human activity. There has been a change in these intervals of 60-70 years that we have started to understand the world of pollution in the world of pollution. Scientific development has made great progress and technology has begun to reach new heights. Industrial development is not possible without the development of technology (technology). We accept that pollution is linked to development. But there is a limit too. Not at the cost of human health. Pollution must be kept within the tolerance limit. Pollution caused by human activities is also affecting other organisms. The open air from which we receive breathless oxygen, as well as motorcycles, smoke from other petroleum vehicles. Which are proving harmful to health. Smoke derived from moving vehicles are found to contain poisonous gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. This leads to health related diseases such as swollen lungs, lung cancer, vision impedance, neuro- disorder . Air pollution has been described as the most dangerous in all types of pollutants. The use of more vehicles, determining the short distances is considered the most responsible factor of air pollution. If we can not control our needs from now on, we will get to drink poisonous air while the openness of nature we live in. We can not say that it is a natural form, but it is a reward for human activities. The result of which we are all over and the next generation will be ready to bear it.

Space Biotechnology(SB): Research, Development and future perspective


Biotechnology is the applied  and multidisciplinary science. Research and development (R & D)  in the biotechnology  in  space  is  categorised under Space biotechnology. In this time,  biotechnology is categorized into many divisions but five are major. These are(PAMAI):
A.     Plant biotechnology
B.     Animal biotechnology
C.     Medical biotechnology
D.     Agricultural biotechnology
E.      Industrial  biotechnology
Beside this one of the most emerging division is Space biotechnology.  Space  biotechnology  will be  fully integration of  PAMAI along with Biology, Mathematics , Physics, Chemistry,  Technology(tools and  techniques)  and Databases(Bioinformatics). Space biotechnology mission is concerned with research and development  in the space or other planets . Space  research and development  in the microgravity regions to help  in unwinding  many mysteries  of  the life.  The research and development in PAMAI may  be under the space biotechnology. Actually ,the practices of growing the single cell protein (SCP)  by astronauts or space travellers is also small scale production of edible protein for food (survival).  R & D in the space biotechnology will help  in many circles of  life . The cost  and investment  in R &  D  about general biotechnology division  is highly expensive. But  research and development in space biotechnology is more expensive than general biotech R & D (PAMAI). The curious mind of the humans and high IQ increases desire. To know about our planet’s (earth) living system and metabolism is not enough for  the scientists, therefore scientists of the world desire to develop  the concept of space biotechnology. The effects  of  microgravity  and statistical and theoretical thermodynamics on the living system for study of  metabolic  pattern  in the space (presence of microgravity) is crucial to understand the single cell life pattern  and cell behaviour. The metabolic pattern of  the cell (prokaryotes & eukaryotes) on the earth under the influence of  the earth’s gravity  may differ from  organisms which  are under microgravity. Recombinant DNA technology(RDT)   may play crucial role in the space biotechnology for production of desired  protein and  recombinant organic food for astronauts or space travellers. If our earth’s natural resources will be  consumed and there   will not be  enough lands  and resources for food production then possibly human civilization may migrate towards moon, other planets or even in the space. The futuristic human colony will establish around 2150 AD . Many of the  space oriented companies  are now trying to establish  human colonies  on the moon or other planets  . It means there will not be  options for agriculture or food production resources other than space biotechnology in future on the other planets  or moon or in the space. It is possible that space industrialization and business operations  can be operated  by well developed and rich countries in the space. The tools and techniques  of  biotechnology can enhance the probability of  life sustainability  in  future. The environmental conditions of the moon(Lunar) can be changed by integration of various technologies. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)  of  the United states of  America(USA) is putting  great  efforts on this research proposal. The life in microgravity (in space or moon) may  affect  the metabolism of the living cell and also affect the gene expression even under appropriate conditions. There are many curious experiments  and research which will  be possible in space biotechnology that ultimately helps in survival of  life of  human beings in space for future generations. It is also possible to transform  non live  planet to the life sustainable planet . Now scientific efforts  are going on at this time . Mostly, more developed countries are well dedicated towards space biotechnology at this time and our research is in nascent stage.

Antibiotic Pollution : A New Dimension in Environmental pollution


Introduction-  Antibiotic pollution means undesired presence of antibiotics in the environment arising from treatment of infectious disease to livestock prevention and production by human beings. In the context of , antibiotic pollution antibiotics as pollutant. These antibiotics spreading from living systems to non-living systems by various mechanisms. The presence of antibiotics and its residues found in the water, soil and even cow milk (reported from WHO- World Health organization) or packed milk exhibits the antibiotic contamination. The contamination of antibiotics in the desired area became a challenging problem. There are several classes of antibiotics has been discovered and most of the classes are severely affects the soil micro-environment and human micro-biome. The antibiotics not only affects the human micro-biome and but also helps in evolution of  superbugs . Superbugs are those  bacteria which are resistant to many antibiotics or single antibiotics. In some developing and developed countries antibiotics are used in agricultural practices.
Four major reasons of antibiotic pollution:
a)    Overuse and misuse of antibiotics.
b)   Disposal of  expire and non-expire antibiotics in the soil and water-resources.
c)    Antibiotic residues or waste discharged by pharmaceuticals companies in the water
d)   Disposal of  hospital or clinical waste contaminated with antibiotics.

he antibiotic overuse and misuse in both developed and developing countries are responsible for antibiotic pollution . The presence of antibiotic residues in the environment and natural systems at global risk. Antibiotic helps in development of superbugs and many antibiotic resistant strain in the microbial  world . The use of antibiotics is limitless and broad applications . Antibiotics pollution spread throughout the world. Now The antibiotic residues found in the soil, water-bodies like river, hospitals and environment. According to NCBI report various regions of India have discovered antimicrobial residues  in food animal products (such as chicken meat and milk), indicating that antibiotic use in food animal production is widespread. Not only this, many countries of the world suffers from this type of problem.

Antibiotics used in livestock for prevention from diseases, growth and ultimately helps in meat production.  Increasing population highly demands meats and animals food products that required more antibiotics(more use in poultry farm). From the recent studies the introduction of antibiotics in the humans, chickens and other commercial product producing animals may led to  incomplete absorption and alteration in metabolism, a considerable fraction is released into the environment through a variety of routes, such as sewage effluent, surface runoff, agricultural activities, and animal waste discharge. Small fraction of the antibiotic and its waste or residues can enhance of the evolution of antimicrobial resistance or superbug bacteria and that may be  hardly resistant to classical antibiotics to the fifth(5th ) generations of the modern antibiotics. There are many cases in humans that are badly affected and exposed by antibiotic resistant microbes and unsuccessful to treat by all modern antibiotics. Selective pressure of antibiotic pollution on bacteria of importance to public health and their consequences because antibiotic selection pressure helps in superbugs evolution. The wastes from hospitals and clinic play a major role in antibiotic pollution.


 Possible modes of reduction in antibiotic pollution :
Antibiotic pollution and its effects can be controlled and minimized by -
a)    Use of antibiotics after prescriptions of doctor, do not use any antibiotics for normal purposes and without advice of doctors.
b)   Do not store large amount of antibiotics without use or need  that get expired .
c)    Do not dispose antibiotics or antibiotic residues or waste in the soil or water without pre-treatment or destroying it. Using the heat for destruction of expired antibiotics or residues  or waste.
d)   Do not use excess amount of antibiotics in livestock or poultry for meat production.
e)    Disposal of hospitals and clinical waste after pre-treatment and heat exposure in the isolated chambers.
f)     Treatment of the wastes  from pharmaceuticals companies before discharged in water or water channel of cities.
g)    Awareness among people for minimum use of antibiotics.



Conclusions:
Antibiotics are both life saving drugs as well as life diminishing agents. Spreading of antibiotics in the environment and natural resources by human activities cause severe problems.  Awareness among  people  of  scientifically use and management of antibiotics residues. If  ignorance of antibiotic pollution that will take lesser time for being an earth of antibiotic polluted planet.

Health from Soil to Society

As we know that health is wealth and it is true for peoples who are suffered from disease. Everyone wants to healthy and happy life.Today my question is that is the term health only for living world ?  The answer is No and  now you should think about how it is possible. The our food material comes from agricultural practices.The  conventional method for crop production soil is first need. In the course of  large amount production of food material for large  population , the soil chemistry became altered. The chemistry of soil is very important for plant growth and the production. The agricultural practices in 21th centuries greatly affect the soil chemistry .It also affects the essential microbes for growth of plants. The plant needs 17 essential elements for growth and development of crop from soil. If the alteration in the ratio of these elements or absence of any elements leads to reduction in productivity. In the different countries many farmers used high amount of fertilizers which ultimately affects the soil chemistry and reduced the fertility of the soil. Reduction in fertility is the  sign of  unhealthy soil. Keep in mind that the term health is not only for living world but also for Solis. An unhealthy soil may deficient in essential element  or may contains heavy metals or  undesire chemical species that  may be anti-nutrient elements for plant. The heavy metals and and other insecticide or pesticides used by farmers may accumulate in plant tissue or edible parts and ultimately accumulate in human body which effects our body system. Deficiency in nutrient in plants ultimately arise deficiency in the body and imbalance in nutrient dietary sources. For the  growth and development and proper function of our body balanced diet is crucial need. The food quality in India now decreased by essential nutrient components. From vegetables to fruits nutrient level greatly decreased.This is the report of IDA (Indian Dietary  Association ).The our dietary plate for food is now imbalanced . This is a major problem but not only for India alone also many countries.Imbalanced diet may gradually affects both physical and mental capacity of work.This can cause unhealthy body and we know that healthy mind in unhealthy body may becomes unhealthy mind .This can also affect our logic and thinking capacity . Sum of all affect individual of the society and society will be unhealthy. The therapy is the treatment of disease. There are two broad categories of disease: physical and mental disease. Now our science and technology has been developed  very well and more advanced in therapy of several diseases. The global population increases more rapidly  along with introduction or evolution of new diseases. In the course of, developing of new diseases, various types of the therapy developed by the scientist. The physical and mental state of the body may greatly affected by our life styles. Our habit and habitat, nature of food , duration of sleeping and continuous display contact(CDC) to the smart phones or computers are responsible for disorganization of body and mind. A lots of physical to mental problems around in and us. Get rids of these types of disease peoples goes to doctors for therapy. People wants to healthy anyhow. For this purposes they change the doctor and due to this mode of therapy may change. Our understanding must be on selection of therapy. Mode of therapy may affects the body system from shorter to longer period of the time. Peoples of 21th century think fastly and do quickly. The action time of allopathy is less as compared to homeopathy. Keep in mind that any therapy may not applicable for all types of disease. Each type of therapy have certain limitations. Some people follow the rule of as per conditions but not always beneficial for our health. Each type of disease can be treated by  particular therapy. One of the major disease is psychic disease which may treated by psychtrist. This  disease is corresponding to therapy. Stress of the brain can be reduced by using song so this therapy is called music therapy. Some of the doctors believed in music therapy and they also succeeded. If any person suffers from mental stress like headache can reduced themselves. To date , our life became journey of disease and end with death. So peoples are confused for the therapy. A good doctor is more serious for therapy and dedicated to therapy. Not always therapeutic drugs is beneficial . One of the ancient therapy is yoga. Now a days this yoga therapy is famous all around the world. My opinion is that the selection of disease correspondent therapy is good approach. Mode of therapy can make life happy and may be curses for us.Effects of incorrect therapy may reverts the disease in whole life.We are owner of both mind and physical body ourselves and how does it maintenance is our problem .To take the right decision is our  challenge.Be carefull during the time of therapy selection.

Owning to digital life , life becomes fast and intelligencey(IQ) has been increased and memory decreased. Everyone wants to comfortable life and also this brings time of multitasking. Now this multitasking is one of the major problem for younger generation that ultimately leads to loss of memory. Now a days this loss of memory cause severe problems around the world. Bioweapons: The Weapons of Future World War

A Bioweapon may be any organism that can be used as weapons for kill or weaken human. The Bioweapons may be bacteria, fungi, viruses or insects , that are infectious for human beings. These Bioweapons can be used in Biological warfare. The main purposes of bioweapons as to reduce the quality of life or fairly kill the humans. Biological warfare is the deliberate spreading of the disease causing entities amongst humans, animals and plants (may agricultural fields or forests). This news may be new for some individuals but the biowarfares happened many times according to History. However the idea and foundation of Microbiology by Louis Pasteur and Robert Koch offered new approach for development of Bioweapons by Microbiologist or Bioweapons developer. Their ideas allowed agents to be chosen and programming for target. Target may be any Biological systems such as humans , animals and cropfields or forests . Nobody really knows that what the countries are working on today and what happened to the weapons they produced. Some well developed countries and some developing countries exhibit the nation's power through nuclear bombs and missiles but they dosen't  show any Biological weapons yet. They may be hidden under the high security.  It may be possible to use of Bioweapons during next world war. The Bioweapons like pathogenic bacteria or viruses can be used in ballistic missiles or in place of nuclear bomb. In the future, these bacteria may be Superbugs of TB (antibiotic resistance ), Pneumonia and some bacteria of Plague , Anthrax and possibilities of many pathogenic bacteria. The viruses such as zika , Ebola,HIV, and many others can be used in next world war. The use of Bioweapons both in first and second world war , but in the second world war America had been used nuclear bombs against Japan and destroyed two cities as Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. Millions of peoples died after bomb barding. But development in science and technology , the world's countries became more sensitive and active. Keep in mind that this is time of Biotechnology . Tools of Biotechnology as recombinant DNA technology (RDT) helps in production of superbugs and genetic modified microbes(GMM) that enhances the capabilities of pathogenic bacteria and that can bring havoc.
Treaties for prohibition on Bioweapons was started in 1925 in the Geneva called as Geneva protocol and other was started in 1972 in the London. But Geneva protocol was failed but Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) is effective at present time.
More than 100 of countries signatured  in BWC .According to this convention not use of any biological weapons during wars by military forces of any country.  If any Bioweapons used in huge amounts in the future's world war that may be doom's day of human. After this , our earth will be diseased  and called planet of Bioweapons.

Non- Conventional Food : A Dietary Source For Coming Era

Energy source is one of the basic needs for survival of any living organism. Food used as source of energy by human beings. Now our food source comes from agricultural practices by farmers. We know that global populations mainly depending on conventional food production and land as platform for crop growing. The United Nations Population Fund has estimated that the global human population may reach 10 Billion by 2050 as well as there is so strong evidence that agriculture will not be able to meet the demand which will lead to serious risk of food scarcity for the generation of the next era . Scientists are trying to the development of alternative food source other than conventional food( used as land) called as non - conventional food (NCF). Non- conventional food may be microbes( Bacteria, Fungi), algae , insects etc. It may be used as whole body( parts). Scientists discovered microbes are riched in proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins ,fats , minerals and essential amino acids and also used as food supplements. The concept of single cell protein (SCP) is central to non - conventional food . SCP refers to edible unicellular protein rich microorganisms. SCP may be fungi , yeast, algae, and bacteria. For examples spirulina is a cyanobacteria( blue- green algae) and well known for high protein content. Other example is Chlorella which is green algae and also content proteins , minerals, vitamins etc . Both ( Spirulina & Chlorella ) are used as food supplement currently. Now India is grown ups in the field of large scale production of Spirulina and Chlorella. Not only this , in many countries insects used as part of food . Some of the insects are beneficial for dietry source of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, fats, minerals and essential amino acids. Its larva and adult stages are more beneficial. In the case of bacteria , research is going on . Using the Biotechnology tools more bacterial species can be used as protein and carbohydrate source. Past experiment was fail but Biotechnology tools recombinant DNA technology (RDT) is able to producing desire protein content bacterium. Gene of interest (GOI) of protein in a bacterium may helps to production of desire protein. After the selection of SCP and insects , its large scale production for commercial utilization for public is ultimate destination without the side effect or bad health concerns. In the future these non - conventional foods will see in the market and formulation may be solid or powdered form( dried) , liquid or semi- solid. These are not thematic and process is ongoing which is more beneficial to our next generation along with high population.

Biotechnology  is the branch of applied science. It is not new branch of the science . In the past people were not familiar to Biotechnology but they used techniques of biotechnology. So, scientists of the world classified the  Biotechnology into two broad categories classical Biotechnology and modern biotechnology. Now 21th  century is the golden period of the  Biotechnology. Recombinant DNA Technology (RDT) is the central tools of modern Biotechnology. To date , modern Biotechnology reached at  top most position in the world. It is the integration of biological systems and technologies  that touches many branches of the science such as Biology (Botany and Zoology) , Physics , Chemistry , Mathematics , Biochemistry , Biophysics , Computer and other many subjects. In this time, scientists has been developed transgenic animals and  transgenic plants. Not only this , research is going on and scientist had been discovered many drugs that fighting against many infectious diseases , genetic disorders, and cancers. In the context of Biotechnology , scientist developed recombinant protein and therapeutics drugs in the plant. Molecular pharming is now possible through RDT tools (as part of the modern Biotechnology).In recent , scientists from the Zmapp pharmaceuticals incorporation has been developed vaccine of Ebola disease against Ebola viruses and the nature of drug is  antibody , developed from the plant known as Plantibody. Desire of many bio -molecular products has been harvested from plant because plant can be used as green bio-reactor. At present time there are many bioinformatics tools helps in research and analysis and many institute of the world engaged in different field of research that concern to the biotechnology.Investment of large amount money in the research field by the many research institute.In the future scientist will be able to development of  Homochloro sapiens(photo-synthetic human ) . All or partialy  of the natural environment will fully control by  human . In the future , human will be able to change the some particular metabolic processes for intelligency and external appearence (outer look) if using the Biotechnology. In the future scientist will success in bio-chip installation in the brain for long term memory and memory editing . Study and research in Biotechnology in Indian Universities and research institute is going .Our next generation will attract towards research in Biotechnology.

Future of biodiversity on the earth

Earth is our home planet. To date , earth is only one planet of the  universe where occurs living activities. So our earth is also called as living planet. Biodiversity of the species or organisms is the beauty of earth. Creation of the biodiversity support the life or existence of other lives on the planet . After the creation of biodiversity competition among organisms takes place . Biodiversity also rely on environmental condition . Nature of the organisms such as habit and habitat play a critical role in biodiversity. Three factors that causes competition among organisms such as food , space and light (in case of plant ). It helps in balance of ecosystem. Biodiversity plays  crucial role in balance of food chain and food web.  We are all affected by alteration in biodiversity as directly and indirectly. Our present and future depend on future of biodiversity. Human beings are the most intelligence creatures of the planet(earth).  Increasing in population of human affects all the natural resources and systems. Biodiversity greatly affects ecosystem and ecosystem greatly affects biodiversity. Loss of species of the plant , animals and other living creatures can affects our existence along with other species. To date thousands of plant and animals species has been lost . Some are categorized under endangered and some are in vulnerable and some are in critical condition. In the future , after 100- 200 years loss of many species ( plants & animals) will takes place . Human population has been increased and for farming and shorting in land space. Due to this , weed and other non- commercial plant has been destroyed by peoples and it can cause loss of biodiversity. For the conventional farming of crops , our forest has been destroyed. It causes loss of habitat of animals. Deforestation is the main cause of loss of biodiversity for plants and animals . This loss of biodiversity will determine the existence of human and other species.
