Sound of nature


I am nature. I'm energetic .All organisms are contained in me. I feed everyone. There is no existence of life on earth without me. That is, my existence is the existence of living beings. I sit everywhere It is not easy to understand my secrets, as I look easier than open eyes. I am omnipotent All the natural resources are contained in me. Man-made resources without me also do not exist. As you try to know me, I will go and become more complicated. I am the only language, I am the math and I am the science. I am everything. My created equation affects every organism. I bring life into existence and I can erase the existence. I am unbearable I'm universal winner. We can not bear the change in our equation .I will have more effect on the collective population which will intervene more in nature. I can bring great devastation to the equation equation. This has happened before. Many events have diminished in the world. I also bring natural disasters like earthquake, flood, tsunami, hurricane, drying, avalanche, so that I can keep the environment in balance.
I give my message with the first signals and ultimately converge the undesirable events to the interim. There have been only few such scholars on this earth, who have made an untiring effort to understand nature. I have written with the help of many authors, poets, novelists, essayists.
Let's go to nature: -

  1. Nature is vast in itself.
  2. All organisms have originated from nature and will be found only in nature.
  3. Regular and definite events occurring in nature follow the mathematical rule.
  4. To balance the disorder in nature, nature can change its appearance.
  5. The animals which interfere in nature have more effect / effect on them.
  6. Sudden changes in nature can end life's existence.
  7. The nature also becomes unbalanced when the diet becomes unbalanced. The time to take control is uncertain.
  8. Nature gives us lots of options to solve problems. Some options are mere signs.
  9. Nature is energetic, in which many energy-cycle moves together.
  10. Nature can also bring disaster to achieve equality.

Microbial degradation of plastics based on plastic as carbon source for microbes


 Introduction - Plastics are light weighted, durable, corrosion resistant materials, mostly non-biodegradable , strong, and inexpensive. Scientists have reported many adverse effects of the plastic in the environment and human health. The  non- degradability  nature of plastics that increases the life of plastics. Due to this plastic pollution become as  global serious  problem. There are many approach to degrade plastics but microbial degradation is one of them. There is growing concern for use of efficient microorganisms meant for biodegradation of non-degradable synthetic polymer. Scientists  have  reported that many species of bacteria and fungi are able to degrade plastic. In this research project  microbial source  sample soil have taken from many  locations. It is probably possible to plastic degrading microbes may be present in soil sample. Microbes responsible for breakdown of plastic may possible to bacteria used plastic as carbon source. This idea helps in conversion of plastic polymers(complex organic compounds) to simpler beneficial and non-pollutant,eco-friendly  by-products  in commercial manner via microbes.

Rational approach- 
In this research project target microbes are major players. Based on various methods of degrading the plastic or polymers microbial degradation is one of them. Methods other than microbial degradation are unsuitable at health risk. The longevity of plastic in the environment not to be easily degraded . Evident  from scientific research microbes can degrade plastic. Not all microbes but some of them have capability to degrade it. In the context of  biodegradation  targeted microbes as eco-friendly. The microbial world provides  broad spectrum diversity  of microbes  that increases the probability  of plastic degrading microbes. Results show that Biodegradation depends upon polymer characteristics(chemicals bond and functional groups), organism type and nature of pre-treatment .  The selection of targeted microbes from nature using techniques and tools to be easy. The microbes present in the nature as randomly.  To pick up sample that contains many microbial species , plating on nutrient media, colony selection based on specific criteria , pure culture and testing of degradation of plastic which used as specific carbon source. All the procedures are easy to handle with skills and knowledge. To understand the microbial world phenomena and beneficial approach helps in identification and characterization of particular microbes and using for different purposes.

Objectives –
The goal or objectives of this research project is  to reduce or minimize the plastic pollution at global level along with to achieve  commercial by-products in which plastic used as substrate for microbes. The objectives of our research based on targeted microbes . To find the targeted microbes in  the nature or environment is the key and crucial steps. The multifarious applications of plastic  polymers play a major role in  real world phenomena. The peoples of the world using plastics everyday and their  industrial production rate in high as compared to degradation.

Technical program- The technical program of our research project is categorised into five major steps. These are –
a)    Sample collection
b)    Preparation of BMS media for screening of Bacillus species of bacteria
c)    Serial dilution of sample
d)    Plating and loading of inoculums into BMS media
e)    Screening of colony
f)     Selection of colony of Bacillus
g)    Culture  of Bacillus in Bushnell Haas Agar and Broth media with different types of plastics
h)   Observation and Result 


·         Composition of media
       There are three different types of media used in this project-
A.   BMS media
B.   Bushnell Haas Agar media
C.   Bushnell Haas broth media

Business plan-
Microbial based degradation of waste plastics are amenable to start up the industries from small scale to large  scale. The economics of plastic industries based on waste plastics may  helps in monetizing at commercial level. The  targeted microbes  that decompose  waste plastic(different or particular type) may able to converts it  into beneficial by-products. The beneficial byproducts may be bioethanol. Alteration in metabolic pathway of targeted microbes that increases bioethanol production using recombinant DNA technology is very beneficial for production of large amount of bioethanol and other byproducts at commercial manner. The distinct bioreactor for bioproducts production in which plastics used as raw material  or substrate or specialized carbon source for microbes. There are various applications of bioethanol  as  eco-friendly for fuels for vechiles. The waste plastic based industries making the decision of business planning in the future.

Conclusions :
The microbial based degradation of waste plastic and production of byproducts at commercial level is possible. But it is possible due to applying the considerable tools and techniques.Nature provides all solutions of problems and it is tough job that to identify the right location and direction of research and selection of best assumptions.

Mysterious Philosiphy of God and Science


God created  the  whole world ,
There is nothing without god,
Impossible to live without god,
Presence of god every where ,
Not possible to see common eye,
God is  everywhere  and in every particles.
It generate feelings , presence within the body.
Body , which is living temple and is the god’s home.
Time and space not affects the god.
But god affects both the time and space.
Time is nothing without numerical value.
God not created the numerical value,
Space is nothing without time.
Time depend on space , but god doesn’t depend on time.
God composed of  super energy which forms the space,
God who created the whole universe.
God is nothing without energy .
I ask a question that which types of super energy presence in god?

Bio-molecules: Players of molecular life


               
An overview
Life is an  organized forms of various bio-molecules.  Chemically life is set of bio-molecules. Scientifically life is understand very well at molecular level . All  of the creatures present on the earth from unicellular to multi-cellular undergoes biochemical reactions. These biochemical reactions also referred to as metabolic process ,play a key important role in life. Life present in single cell to multi- cellular bio-molecules such as proteins , carbohydrates , nucleic acids , lipids and polypeptides are structurally and functionally interconnected to each other . Integration of these bio-molecules performing different biologically functions. All of the Bio-molecules within alive cell functionally dependent and regulated to each other. Most of the biological events occurs due to the periodically activation and suppression of bio-molecules . In a single cell about thousands of metabolic process occurs to stabilize the life. In any individual cell all metabolic reactions are controlled at molecular level.   In the cell, bio-molecule performs two key important roles such as functional role and structural role. Various biological events such as cell division, bio-signaling , gene expression, respiration, photosynthesis , cell defence mechanism ,biosynthesis (synthesis of new bio-molecule from previous bio-molecule)  and  programme cell death occurs due to the integration of the various bio-molecules.
With the help of the central dogma of molecular biology easy to understand molecular logic of life. By the transcription process RNA transcribed from DNA and mRNA  translated into polypeptides (proteins /enzymes) . That is ATP consuming biological events in  all ordinary cell. All of the biochemical reactions in central dogma are in step by step or in sequences. Cell have to capacity recognition of errors during central dogma process. In multi-cellular organisms integration of bio-molecule is in complex fashion.  Usually  the cellular functions concerned with gene expression and gene regulation. Most of the cellular function ,protein play a key regulatory role.  Protein  associated with sugar , lipids or nucleic acids(DNA & RNA )  that concerned with specific function.
Our cell  works like as a biological clock . All of the cellular pathways, cycles  or biological events in an organism at particular time /definite time. Changes in organism in environment controlled by biochemical reaction .  Many of the external factors affects our  body environment and leads to disequilibrium but our body recognize the signal and  regulate the body environment by various  biochemical reactions. 
Life is  nothing  without biochemical reaction. Most of the  bio-molecules in unicellular to multi-cellular  organisms always in dynamic condition . Some of the in active condition and some of the in inactive condition. Various of the bio-molecules are regulated either by directly or reciprocally.
Conclusion All of the above explained facts about bio-molecules. Life is the set of different kinds of bio-molecules and biochemical reactions among them . Existence of life without bio-molecule  is not possible.
