Mysterious Philosiphy of God and Science


God created  the  whole world ,
There is nothing without god,
Impossible to live without god,
Presence of god every where ,
Not possible to see common eye,
God is  everywhere  and in every particles.
It generate feelings , presence within the body.
Body , which is living temple and is the god’s home.
Time and space not affects the god.
But god affects both the time and space.
Time is nothing without numerical value.
God not created the numerical value,
Space is nothing without time.
Time depend on space , but god doesn’t depend on time.
God composed of  super energy which forms the space,
God who created the whole universe.
God is nothing without energy .
I ask a question that which types of super energy presence in god?

Bio-molecules: Players of molecular life


               
An overview
Life is an  organized forms of various bio-molecules.  Chemically life is set of bio-molecules. Scientifically life is understand very well at molecular level . All  of the creatures present on the earth from unicellular to multi-cellular undergoes biochemical reactions. These biochemical reactions also referred to as metabolic process ,play a key important role in life. Life present in single cell to multi- cellular bio-molecules such as proteins , carbohydrates , nucleic acids , lipids and polypeptides are structurally and functionally interconnected to each other . Integration of these bio-molecules performing different biologically functions. All of the Bio-molecules within alive cell functionally dependent and regulated to each other. Most of the biological events occurs due to the periodically activation and suppression of bio-molecules . In a single cell about thousands of metabolic process occurs to stabilize the life. In any individual cell all metabolic reactions are controlled at molecular level.   In the cell, bio-molecule performs two key important roles such as functional role and structural role. Various biological events such as cell division, bio-signaling , gene expression, respiration, photosynthesis , cell defence mechanism ,biosynthesis (synthesis of new bio-molecule from previous bio-molecule)  and  programme cell death occurs due to the integration of the various bio-molecules.
With the help of the central dogma of molecular biology easy to understand molecular logic of life. By the transcription process RNA transcribed from DNA and mRNA  translated into polypeptides (proteins /enzymes) . That is ATP consuming biological events in  all ordinary cell. All of the biochemical reactions in central dogma are in step by step or in sequences. Cell have to capacity recognition of errors during central dogma process. In multi-cellular organisms integration of bio-molecule is in complex fashion.  Usually  the cellular functions concerned with gene expression and gene regulation. Most of the cellular function ,protein play a key regulatory role.  Protein  associated with sugar , lipids or nucleic acids(DNA & RNA )  that concerned with specific function.
Our cell  works like as a biological clock . All of the cellular pathways, cycles  or biological events in an organism at particular time /definite time. Changes in organism in environment controlled by biochemical reaction .  Many of the external factors affects our  body environment and leads to disequilibrium but our body recognize the signal and  regulate the body environment by various  biochemical reactions. 
Life is  nothing  without biochemical reaction. Most of the  bio-molecules in unicellular to multi-cellular  organisms always in dynamic condition . Some of the in active condition and some of the in inactive condition. Various of the bio-molecules are regulated either by directly or reciprocally.
Conclusion All of the above explained facts about bio-molecules. Life is the set of different kinds of bio-molecules and biochemical reactions among them . Existence of life without bio-molecule  is not possible.

Nature's Time: Yesterday and Today


Real analysis about the nature
Yesterday's time: -
The morning is Bella. The birds went awake, maybe to sing. Cool-cold air is running. Sun is rising on the earth with rays of rays. This earth is getting brighter. Trees are flowing in the air. The normal life-cycle of organisms is in progress. Whether they are flying, whether they are running, crawlers or floaters, these creatures are looking very happy in themselves. Not only this, there is some other aspect of nature. The rivers are flowing around. Fishes are floating in free water. Some children are swimming in groups. Waterfalls are filling water. If the fields are irrigated from the drains, then the crops are spreading. In spring, floral is flavoring nature with its fragrance. They are lukewarm. New leaves are coming out from the trees. Sweet words have come in nature with sweet words of cuckoo. After one and the other seasons, they come and go on time. There is no conflict anywhere. All are living a peaceful life. There is a harmonious and harmonious atmosphere everywhere. Aha! This panoramic view of nature is so beautiful. This natural scene has caught my name. So we want that this view of nature always remains.
Today's Time: -
But due to human beings, the condition and direction of nature changed. There has been a great development of material science in this age of science. The usefulness of material goods changed man's mental state. Due to the excessive longings, wishes of human beings, there has been a rift in nature. The resources provided by nature are essential for the survival of all the organisms as-air, water, land, forest. A slight change in its natural quality can result in sudden change. Because we know that nature's natural quality is its main feature. We have literally reached the age of science. Changes are visible and change-only. The facility is getting quite in the machine age. There is a lot of material things in full swing. These things are basically artificial. So these features are not natural. Due to the pressure of the increasing population, the panoramic views of nature are disappearing. Nature's tremendous shock has been caused by the heavy activities of humans. Changes from earth to space have been seen. The weather has got its mood swings. It's hard to say when the weather turns out to be uneven. The untimely season-change has made a matter of concern. The seasonal changes cycle has been unsettled. The timing of various seasons like summer, cold, rain, spring etc has changed. According to the calendar, changes have also been noticed in the intervals of the season. Cool time falls before the time. In summer, the sun enters creatures and animals in the heat. Trees begin to dry. While chills in the cold. Due to season cycle change, there has been a change in the crop interval cycle. As a result, the crop growth has affected. Assuming that Nature has turned its face and has embodied the form. This means that nature has made us rude. We have to admit them. We have to please them. Protecting nature will protect us. Every organism of nature is our friend. Such a feeling should be kept. Always have to be in their contact. We know that the nature is all-round and all-round. It is full of complete resources. But modern humans are challenging nature in every way. We are trying to suppress them with their own resources. The well-equipped people use air-conditioners, freeze, fan, cooler etc. to create an artificial atmosphere. These artificial environments are different from the natural environment. That is, the two are not the same. For example, we arrange rooms or cars from different devices. Understand the room / car here as a small body and nature as a large body. As soon as we go from the small body to the big body ie from the air-borne regions to the natural body, the body changes suddenly.
This causes sudden changes in our body. Therefore, we must remain in nature (open body). The whole nature is connected to the ecosystem. A slight disturbance takes a fickle look. The ecosystem has been unsettled for many reasons. Now there is a great change. Global warming, green house effect, acid rain, avalanche, landslide, cyclone etc. are happening in the world. This has caused significant damage to forests and wildlife. Many species of organisms have also disappeared. The trees which were green at the time, the birds made nests, now it looks like a desert and has dried up. The doors and thick trees around it are now cutting down. The rate of harvesting is more than plantation. As a result, the percentage of forests has decreased. Whatever land is lying today, the houses are being built and the factories are being opened or converted into agricultural land. The process has become faster now. At present, many environmental organizations are working. But in different ways If the majority of the population is for this work, then we can save nature from falling ditch.

Homorobo sapiens: An advanced semi-artificial Human beings of Future.

 Homorobo sapiens is the futuristic generation of human beings which are not fully natural human race. But these are probably combination of both artificial intelligence(computer based) and some basic parts are human bodes(Homo sapiens). In the future, they will be super human and work with high consistency and accuracy.The raising technology and research and development  Human beings are most intelligence creature of the earth and dominant to all organisms. High IQ and more desire made them more intelligence and greedy. To date ,Milky way is only galaxy that have earth with intelligent human civilization.Human beings want to longer life but our life about 65-70 years for death. After some period of the life, some parts of the body is not work with optimal level and so many changes in our physiology and metabolic changes that ultimately changes our external appearance. Certain age of the life of human beings, some structural portion of the body can be replace by artificial automated kidney, lung , heart , brain , bones and so on. The work function of the artificial organs and bones will true to type as original or native organs.Probably this will help in longevity of the life.Computer is self artificial intelligence and it is possible to high level language and algorithm can  transformed the biological signal into machine level language as using the ultra bio-sensor.Ultra bio-sensor as probe which can fit into the tissues or single cell that can give the metabolic roadmap or  network  and metabolic pattern.Biochemical events being either in the intercellular environment or the intracellular environment ultra biosensor can give the abnormalities of the metabolic function.The process will  normal in Homorobo sapiens as Homo sapiens. Homorobo sapiens may have two armed one is robotic arm and another is human arm. The Homorobo sapiens will not born because they will made in hi-tech   lab.The artificial brain will control whole body of Homorobo sapiens and work as normal biological brain. The individual of Homorobo sapiens will made by co-integrated contribution of the computer scientists, biomedical scientists, biotechnologist , physiochemist , biochemist and biophysicist and mathematician.

Pollution World vs. Science World



What is the name of this world - world of science or pollution? It may seem strange to you by reading this but the truth is that the science world has made life easier and easier. It has been the attempt of humankind to do more work in less time, set long distances. All this is possible, due to science, which is the result of our need and imagination power. The 18th - 20th century has been the age of great inventions. Today the world of science is touching the heights and has reached its climax. From today no newspapers such as pollution were used in the 1950-1960 paper. People were unfamiliar with these words But nowadays newspapers have filled newspapers with titles such as killing of environment, industrial maladministration, deforestation,  pandemic, cholera panic, dengue problems. More recently, earthquake shocks have been read due to nuclear tests. The root cause of all these is pollution. The scientist agrees. This pollution is another by-product of human activity. There has been a change in these intervals of 60-70 years that we have started to understand the world of pollution in the world of pollution. Scientific development has made great progress and technology has begun to reach new heights. Industrial development is not possible without the development of technology (technology). We accept that pollution is linked to development. But there is a limit too. Not at the cost of human health. Pollution must be kept within the tolerance limit. Pollution caused by human activities is also affecting other organisms. The open air from which we receive breathless oxygen, as well as motorcycles, smoke from other petroleum vehicles. Which are proving harmful to health. Smoke derived from moving vehicles are found to contain poisonous gases such as carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides. This leads to health related diseases such as swollen lungs, lung cancer, vision impedance, neuro- disorder . Air pollution has been described as the most dangerous in all types of pollutants. The use of more vehicles, determining the short distances is considered the most responsible factor of air pollution. If we can not control our needs from now on, we will get to drink poisonous air while the openness of nature we live in. We can not say that it is a natural form, but it is a reward for human activities. The result of which we are all over and the next generation will be ready to bear it.

Space Biotechnology(SB): Research, Development and future perspective


Biotechnology is the applied  and multidisciplinary science. Research and development (R & D)  in the biotechnology  in  space  is  categorised under Space biotechnology. In this time,  biotechnology is categorized into many divisions but five are major. These are(PAMAI):
A.     Plant biotechnology
B.     Animal biotechnology
C.     Medical biotechnology
D.     Agricultural biotechnology
E.      Industrial  biotechnology
Beside this one of the most emerging division is Space biotechnology.  Space  biotechnology  will be  fully integration of  PAMAI along with Biology, Mathematics , Physics, Chemistry,  Technology(tools and  techniques)  and Databases(Bioinformatics). Space biotechnology mission is concerned with research and development  in the space or other planets . Space  research and development  in the microgravity regions to help  in unwinding  many mysteries  of  the life.  The research and development in PAMAI may  be under the space biotechnology. Actually ,the practices of growing the single cell protein (SCP)  by astronauts or space travellers is also small scale production of edible protein for food (survival).  R & D in the space biotechnology will help  in many circles of  life . The cost  and investment  in R &  D  about general biotechnology division  is highly expensive. But  research and development in space biotechnology is more expensive than general biotech R & D (PAMAI). The curious mind of the humans and high IQ increases desire. To know about our planet’s (earth) living system and metabolism is not enough for  the scientists, therefore scientists of the world desire to develop  the concept of space biotechnology. The effects  of  microgravity  and statistical and theoretical thermodynamics on the living system for study of  metabolic  pattern  in the space (presence of microgravity) is crucial to understand the single cell life pattern  and cell behaviour. The metabolic pattern of  the cell (prokaryotes & eukaryotes) on the earth under the influence of  the earth’s gravity  may differ from  organisms which  are under microgravity. Recombinant DNA technology(RDT)   may play crucial role in the space biotechnology for production of desired  protein and  recombinant organic food for astronauts or space travellers. If our earth’s natural resources will be  consumed and there   will not be  enough lands  and resources for food production then possibly human civilization may migrate towards moon, other planets or even in the space. The futuristic human colony will establish around 2150 AD . Many of the  space oriented companies  are now trying to establish  human colonies  on the moon or other planets  . It means there will not be  options for agriculture or food production resources other than space biotechnology in future on the other planets  or moon or in the space. It is possible that space industrialization and business operations  can be operated  by well developed and rich countries in the space. The tools and techniques  of  biotechnology can enhance the probability of  life sustainability  in  future. The environmental conditions of the moon(Lunar) can be changed by integration of various technologies. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA)  of  the United states of  America(USA) is putting  great  efforts on this research proposal. The life in microgravity (in space or moon) may  affect  the metabolism of the living cell and also affect the gene expression even under appropriate conditions. There are many curious experiments  and research which will  be possible in space biotechnology that ultimately helps in survival of  life of  human beings in space for future generations. It is also possible to transform  non live  planet to the life sustainable planet . Now scientific efforts  are going on at this time . Mostly, more developed countries are well dedicated towards space biotechnology at this time and our research is in nascent stage.
